These Targaryen Striped Combat Trousers are lightweight cotton trousers with a loud red striped pattern, handmade in Nepal. They’re the sort of thing that makes sense at a festival, on holiday, or when plain trousers feel far too sensible.

Both sizes have an elasticated waist and a drawstring-style belt, so there’s room to tighten them up rather than relying on the elastic alone. Large fits roughly 29 to 42 inches at the waist, with an approximate 76cm inseam. XL fits roughly 32 to 46 inches, with an approximate 80cm inseam.

They’re bright, loose-looking and properly hippy in the best way. Pick your size, tie them to suit, and get on with it.

These are not trousers for disappearing into the background. The red stripe does the talking, and the elasticated waist plus drawstring gives you a bit more leeway than rigid waistband trousers. I’d check the inseam as well as the waist before ordering, particularly if you’re choosing between Large and XL. Good festival trousers, assuming you don’t mind being spotted.
