Product description

A compact hand-carved soapstone statue of Hanuman, one of the key figures in the Ramayana. It has the sort of solid, weighty feel you want from a small carved piece rather than a light ornament that gets knocked about easily.

At approximately 80mm by 105mm by 27mm, it is small enough for a shelf, desk or personal display without needing a whole cabinet built around it. The 260g weight gives it a reassuring bit of presence for its size.

The carving is the main thing here: a straightforward small Hanuman figure in soapstone, suited to people who collect Indian-inspired figurines or want a meaningful piece for their own corner of the room.

This is a proper little lump of soapstone at 260g, not a featherweight shelf ornament. The hand-carved finish gives it more character than a factory-smooth figurine, and the 80mm by 105mm footprint means it fits neatly on a desk or small shelf. A good choice if Hanuman means something to you, or you simply prefer carved objects with a bit of substance.
