Product description

A solid brass Lord Ganesha statuette, seated on a throne and standing 15cm tall. It has a proper bit of weight to it at 1.2kg, so it feels substantial rather than like a lightweight shelf ornament.

Ganesha is a well-known Hindu deity associated with knowledge and the removal of obstacles. This is the sort of piece people place on a home altar, a desk, mantelpiece or by an entrance. The detailed seated figure gives it a traditional look without needing a lot of room.

At 150mm long, 86mm wide and 66mm deep, it is compact enough for a shelf but has enough presence to be noticed. A solid little brass figure for somebody who wants a Ganesha image rather than a generic ornament.

This is a proper weighty one, not a thin little figurine that gets knocked over by the first passing sleeve. The seated Ganesha on the throne has plenty going on, and solid brass suits it far better than something shiny and lightweight. At 15cm tall, it sits nicely on a shelf or small altar without taking over the whole room.
