Ganesh Batik Large

Product description

A large Ganesh batik wall hanging with a printed design on a stone-washed background. At approximately 100cm by 130cm, it has enough presence to fill a bare wall rather than disappear behind a door.

It is handmade and hand finished, so it has the less uniform look people tend to want from batik rather than a mass-produced poster. Available in Stone, Blue, Purple, Brown, Green and Orange, there is a colour to suit a louder room or something a little more restrained.

The Ganesh design makes this a solid bit of hippy homeware for a bedroom, living room, studio or shop space. As each one is hand finished, the shade and colour balance may vary slightly from the pictures. That is part of the deal with these ones.

This is a proper large wall hanging, not a little square of fabric you have to squint at from across the room. The stone-washed background stops the Ganesh print looking too flat, and the colour choices range from fairly quiet Stone to Orange if subtle is not on the agenda. Just bear in mind that hand finishing means yours may not match the photo exactly.
