Product description

A hand-printed and painted Rainbow Batik wall hanging featuring Saraswati on a lotus. Saraswati is associated with learning, knowledge, the arts and wisdom, making this a fitting piece for a study corner, music room or anywhere that could do with some proper colour on the wall.

It measures approximately 760 x 1220mm, so it has enough presence to work above a bed, sofa or desk without needing a whole gallery wall around it. As each one is hand finished, colours will vary from the photograph. The hand-printing process can also leave natural design variations or occasional double printing. That is part of what makes each hanging its own thing, rather than a factory-perfect poster.

A straightforward, colourful bit of hippy homeware for people who prefer their walls less beige.

This is a decent-sized wall hanging, not a little print that disappears once it is up. The Saraswati artwork has plenty going on, and the hand-finished printing means you may get slight colour changes or the odd doubled line. That is normal with these batiks, and frankly preferable to something that looks like it came off an office printer.
